Ok, so this company called NARC are an independant media company who cover North East of England music talent of all genres and styles. They delivery a free monthly magazine with your standard content and reviews etc etc.
They run a competition every year on the eve of their yearly celebration with a free cd. This is completely exclusive to Newcastle College graphic design students in Higher Education (HE) and Further Ed (FE, Foundation degree). I am HE second year student.
The Brief: NARC is the North East’s premier monthly music magazine. For the past four years students from Newcastle College have been involved with designing the front and back cover for the magazine as well as a CD cover for a compilation CD to celebrate their anniversary.
This year both National Diploma students and Foundation Degree students have been asked to submit creative and individual design ideas.
